Things I Want To Achieve In February 2019!

Month two. Here we go. After a semi-successful January, I'm geared up and ready to face February head-on. What I've found is writing posts like this helps to hold myself accountable, and helps for me to keep everything in mind.

So, what are my goals for February which will help me ultimately work towards completing my overall 2019 goals? I want to walk more, eat healthier and be better. Let's break it down.

My February Goals:

  • Walk to work 2 weeks in a row. What I've found is that I thoroughly enjoy walking to work. It clears my head, gets me away from the annoyingly loud and crowded bus, and gives me 40 minutes in the fresh air before I sit at my desk until 6pm. I've got a head start on this by my January monthly bus pass running out perfectly at the end of the week, and I've bought a 10 trip ticket which is exactly the right amount to bus home at the end of the day for 2 weeks. 
  • Meal prep every week. Prepare something healthy. Eat less takeaway, eat more salad. Pasta, rice, beans, chicken, tuna. I'll try and throw in one or two vegan or vegetarian meals in there too.
  • Stay on track with my penny-a-day & pound-a-week challenges. Pretty straightforward, just remember to keep saving! Nothing too difficult so far.
  • Finish a book. Preferably the book I started in January. If I finish it, expect a review on here, I'll push a post I have planned for that week until some other time, as this will be a big achievement. 
  • Share 2 posts a week. Wow. I went from 1 post a month, to 2 a week as a goal. I believe this is doable, especially if I remember to dedicate my Friday's to blog work.
These, I all believe are doable, and I'm not trying to overstretch myself. What are your goals for February? How are your New Years' Resolutions going, or are we not talking about them anymore? Let me know!
